Screentop considerations:

Be sure to shuffle each vegetable deck individually (double-click to select the deck, press z to shuffle), then remove 3 veggies per missing player per vegetable type (hold shift to multiselect). Just put removed veggies to the side somewhere. Then mix all the remaining vegetables together (double-click to select decks, move them to 1 location, double-click to select the whole thing, press z to shuffle). Then split them into the three plate piles (shift-click to multi-select the proper number) and flip the whole piles to plate side up (press f).

Place the "My Turn" token on the next player's board when your turn is over.

At the end, use the scoring cards above the player boards to track your score. The f key moves values up and shift-f moves them down, and they wrap around in either case.
