Introduction

Shoubu is a Dueling Card Game about Entrants that have each mastered a style of art. Favored by the gods of their art, whose forms vary from crystal koi to flaming gods, they battle for glory, fame, and some as-of-yet undefined anime nonsense.

Inspired by Duelyst and Faeria, Shoubu is also designed in pursuit of a Super Smash Brother’s diversity. A very simple skeleton defines how you interact with objects, and how they interact with each other, allowing for incredibly unique gameplay from one Entrant’s deck to the next.
